2. Services

We offer guided tours of champagne houses, including VIP transport and other related services.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website.
• Payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• 25% of the total amount of service is due if the cancellation is done less than 30 days.

• 50% of the total amount of service is due if cancellation is done less than 20 days.

• 100% of the total amount of service is due if cancellation is done less working 7 days before the date of the service.

Royal Journey will refund you in full, less 6% bank fees. If Royal Journey France is obliged to cancel, the client will be totally refunded. Date changes are considered cancellations, and will be part of a new quote. Royal Journey cannot be responsible for any delay or cancellation due to the strikes, trains or air flights, etc.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any personal injuries or lost belongings during the tour.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a refund where applicable.
